Arabidopsis information has been updated recently. NCBI has released updated EST information while TAIR has updated the gene annotations to TAIR9. ArabiTag will be incorporating these changes as soon as possible. In the mean time, if you find your queries returning null results, it is because the information is being updated and will be available within at most a couple hours.
