Welcome to ArabiTag

ArabiTag is a free database built around alternative splicing in Arabidopsis thaliana. This project aims to determine the expression levels of individual splicing choices using expressed sequences from the public databases. To learn more, please read this page For more detail on the work, read The Publication.

Adam English designed and developed ArabiTag during his graduate studies in UNC Charlotte's Bioinformatics and Genomics Department. Adam designed the site to make it easy for investigators to identify putative tissue, stage, or condition-specific splicing patterns in Arabidopsis.

The PI on the project is Ann Loraine.
